Xendit is seeking a Customer Product Specialist to manage customer success in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Product Specialist will be responsible for the overall success of a set of customer accounts and serve as a customer-facing product champion for Xendit's products. This role involves building strong customer relationships, becoming an expert on Xendit's products and integrations, and monitoring customer satisfaction.Role involves:

Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client relationship roles.
- Professionally fluent in English.

- Effective communication skills.
