Xendit is seeking a Merchant Ops Analyst to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. The candidate will be responsible for processing KYC profiles in compliance with the company's policies.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting business profile review for merchant accounts
- Reviewing information and documentation for compliance
- Processing cases based on priorities and KYC expiry dates
- Gathering documentation and retaining records
- Assessing risk in business decisions
- Reporting operational, system, and policy issues
- Achieving quality and production targets
- Working with various teams to fulfill KYC requirements
- Managing ad hoc tasks for project management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Communications, Computer Science/IT, or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer facing role or similar
- Professional fluency in English and Thai
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to think out of the box and be assertive
- High flexibility and detail-orientation
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Resilience to challenges and a motivated attitude
