Xendit is seeking a Merchant Ops Analyst to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. The candidate will be responsible for processing KYC profiles in compliance with the company's policies.
Responsibilities:
Conducting business profile review for merchant accounts
Reviewing information and documentation for compliance
Processing cases based on priorities and KYC expiry dates
Gathering documentation and retaining records
Assessing risk in business decisions
Reporting operational, system, and policy issues
Achieving quality and production targets
Working with various teams to fulfill KYC requirements
Managing ad hoc tasks for project management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Communications, Computer Science/IT, or equivalent
1 to 3 years of experience in a customer facing role or similar
Professional fluency in English and Thai
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to think out of the box and be assertive
High flexibility and detail-orientation
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Resilience to challenges and a motivated attitude
