Xendit is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join their Experiments team, focusing on building new products complementary to their existing digital infrastructure across Southeast Asia. The Experiments Mobile Team is responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly mobile experiences, developing mobile applications, tools, and infrastructure to drive Xendit's success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in iOS mobile development using Swift, with a proven track record of successfully shipping mobile applications. They will be involved in making key technical decisions, collaborating with business and operational teams, and contributing to the overall success of Xendit.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Xendit iOS mobile applications and frameworks.
  • Build required tooling or infrastructure to facilitate development.
  • Develop entire mobile solutions considering best practices, performance, user experience, and scalability.
  • Guide business requirements with technical feasibility and constraints.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Xendit.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years minimum experience on developing and shipping mobile applications for iOS using Swift.
  • Experience building native frameworks or libraries for iOS.
  • Experience with dependency management tools (Cocoapods, Swift Package Manager).
  • Experience with Build Automation and CI/CD tools (Fastlane, CircleCI, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Experience with unit, integration, and E2E test frameworks.
  • Knowledge of mobile UI/UX, architecture, framework development, performance optimization, and security.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Sentry, Crashlytics).
  • Strong desire to learn and share engineering skills.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to break down product requirements into user stories.
  • Experience with contributing to open-source software.
