Xendit is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Senior Analyst to join their team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights, improving finance processes, and enhancing data integrity. They will be responsible for designing business dashboards, presenting results to management, and building financial models.
    Role involves:
  • Preparing slides for business reviews.
  • Analyzing financial trends (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow).
  • Generating financial insights in management reporting.
  • Building and maintaining financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Improving the FP&A function through automation projects.
  • Reviewing pricing architecture and business initiatives.
  • Advising commercial teams on business growth optimization.
  • Designing KPIs and dashboards.
    Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial finance, Consulting, or Banking.
  • Strong commercial experience.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, salesforce, and FP&A ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking ability.
  • Familiar with marketing concepts and sales pipeline processes
