Job Description

Xendit is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The company provides payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for converting leads, closing deals, growing customers, and increasing revenue.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with potential customers
  • Converting leads into confirmed customers
  • Assisting customers with onboarding
  • Following up with new customers for feedback
  • Achieving personal and team sales targets
  • Communicating customer needs to internal stakeholders
  • Accelerating merchant ramp-up

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Account Management, preferably in SaaS/Banking/digital product
  • Resourceful with the ability to seek, identify, contact, and follow up on leads
  • Goals and action-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
  • Understanding of sales pipelines
  • Self-starter with strong persuasive skills
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficient in Mandarin Chinese
