Xendit is seeking an Offline Payment Sales Specialist to generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding Xendit's customer base.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential merchants to introduce Xendit Offline Payment Solutions
Canvass by visiting offline stores and businesses to promote and sell our products/services
Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress with merchants
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the business teams to refine strategies and improve lead generation processes
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Qualifications:
Experience in outbound sales, canvassing, is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to source, persuade, negotiate, and close deals
Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and a sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Networks in the offline/restaurant/hotel/tourism industry
Previous experience selling software/payment/Saas products to offline merchants is a plus
