Role involves: - Developing compelling short-form and long-form copy for branding campaigns, social media, performance campaigns, and event materials.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy.
- Ensuring all written content adheres to Xendit's brand voice and positioning.
- Partnering with performance marketing to optimize content for search engines.
- Tracking content performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
- Conducting thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities.
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a B2B copywriter, with a strong focus on writing for brands, campaigns, and events at agencies or in-house.
- Excellent short-form and long-form writing skills, with a portfolio that includes TV scripts, OOH, social media, taglines, and performance-led copy.
- Proven experience in copywriting for the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Strong ideation and concepting capabilities.
- A solid understanding of how to align copy with brand positioning and voice.

- Experience in multi-geographies and multicultural environments.
