Role involves:
Assisting with employee fingerprint scanning and attendance tracking.
Coordinating visits for regional teams to Thailand.
Managing hotel bookings and travel arrangements for executives.
Overseeing keycard issuance and office access.
Managing office supplies and procurement.
Organizing monthly birthday snack activities.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Providing general administrative support.
Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic software.
Flexible and adaptable to changes.
Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
