Xendit, a payment infrastructure provider in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Financial Operations Associate to join their team in Bangkok. This role involves ensuring the smooth flow of funds for transactions on the Xendit platform. The Financial Operations Associate will play a vital role in designing operation processes for new products, build relationships with banking partners, work with product and tech teams, and execute financial analysis to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing day-to-day financial operations
  • Supporting daily operations, including processing transactions, liaising with banking partners, and coordinating with internal teams
  • Conducting periodic reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy
  • Supporting regionalization of FinOps and drive improvements
  • Owning and driving FinOps metrics, focusing on efficiency and accuracy
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex problems
  • Providing commercial support to the business and assisting in tracking financial metrics for Xendit Thailand
  • Onboarding new products or regions, creating supportive processes

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Management, Accounting, Finance, or a similar course with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Thai
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable dealing with large datasets and data analysis
  • Detail oriented
  • Located in Bangkok, Thailand

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in or dealing with banks or large financial institutions
  • Experience with SQL or visualization tools (e.g. Looker)
