Job Description
Interactive Brokers is seeking a Technical Support Associate to join their team in Tallinn, Estonia. The successful candidate will focus on ensuring a solid user experience through responsive support of the company's trading software. They will assist clients with inquiries, serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients, and ensure prompt and effective resolution of bugs and issues.Role involves:
- Providing technical and functional support for the Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation.
- Managing problem resolution, focusing on wide-scale technical issues.
- Liaising between internal teams and clients.
- Managing escalations of technical issues to the development team.
- Addressing client inquiries regarding IBKR’s two-factor secure login system.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in Windows/Mac software and hardware support.
- Connectivity and networking support experience.
- Java familiarity.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or German is a must.
- Self-confidence, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a team.
