Orchard is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their brokerage in Franklin, Tennessee. The agent will grow their business with a team that is redefining the real estate experience. They will receive high-quality seller appointments, access to unique client products, and the support needed to thrive.Role involves:

• Receiving 4 to 8 appointments per month with motivated home-selling customers.
• Utilizing free Facebook and Instagram ads for every listing.
• Leveraging unique products like Orchard Move First, Concierge, and Cash Offer + Upside.
• Coordinating transactions and accessing Orchard Mortgage and Title services.
• Utilizing sales materials and training.
• Receiving mentorship from a team lead.

Requirements:

• An active and unrestricted Tennessee real estate license and are located in the Nashville/Franklin area.
• Some residential real estate transaction experience, or an active real estate license plus a strong sales background.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Drive for results and collaboration skills.
