Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their team in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. The agent will be responsible for growing their business and providing exceptional real estate experiences to clients. Orchard provides high-quality seller appointments, unique client products, and comprehensive support to help agents and their clients succeed.Responsibilities:

• Serve home-selling customers
• Utilize unique products such as Orchard Move First, Concierge, and Cash Offer + Upside
• Coordinate transactions and collaborate with Orchard Mortgage and Title
• Utilize sales materials and training resources
• Participate in mentorship and community events

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Tennessee real estate license
• Located in the Nashville/Mount Juliet area
• Residential real estate transaction experience or strong sales background
• Passion for customer experience and adaptability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
