Role Involves:
- Developing go-to-market plans with partners.
- Managing marketing requests and briefs.
- Building partner toolkits.
- Managing the brand ambassador and customer referral program.
- Tracking partner-sourced and referral pipeline.
- Managing the partner and referral marketing budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing.
- Experience working in the self-care or beauty industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing successful programs and driving revenue growth.
- Expert at cross‑functional collaboration with strong written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize performance data.
- Knowledge of digital, email, and content marketing related to partnership marketing.
- Strong experience in platforms, performance analytics tools, commission protocols, and tracking systems.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
