MiQ is seeking an Ad Operations Executive to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is central to the Ad Operations Team, focusing on the smooth execution of digital media campaigns. The Ad Operations Executive will ensure assets and trackers are correctly implemented and promptly address and resolve issues.

The candidate will utilize various ad tech platforms, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and develop a deep understanding of the online advertising industry, especially in the programmatic space.

Role Involves:

  • Uploading creatives and implementing third-party trackers.
  • Implementing blocking and monitoring solutions from ad verification partners.
  • Troubleshooting creative, campaign, and tracking issues.
  • Assisting the Trading and Account Management teams with ad hoc requests.
  • Creating tutorials for internal use.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and precision.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A learning mindset and curiosity for new technologies.
  • Ability to think independently and propose solutions.
  • Knowledge of Excel and HTML; programming languages a plus.
