Authentic is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to manage the localization of brand marketing efforts in the APAC region, with a focus on China. The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will collaborate with global counterparts to build and evolve brands through innovative planning, strategy, and collaboration and will work cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, and Creative teams to execute integrated marketing programs. Role responsibilities include:
- Formulating and implementing local brand marketing strategies, social media, and digital plans.
- Executing and managing digital/social initiatives to drive brand awareness and partner sales.
- Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participating in brand strategy discussions and planning.
- Integrating new APAC licensees into the marketing ecosystem.
- Driving planning and execution of new content strategies.
- Reporting on research findings related to brand performance.
- Managing social content calendars and community engagement.
- Planning and managing KOL campaigns.
- Coordinating with celebrity image agencies and managing product needs for shoots and campaigns.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a similar field.
- Possesses 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and management, preferably in fashion.
- Has hands-on experience managing marketing in a brand licensing environment.
- Has a proven track record in creating and executing 360-degree brand and marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrates seamless communication skills and strong presentation capabilities.
- Is proficient in MS Office, Keynote, Squarespace, Adobe suite, and social media platforms.
- Is willing and able to travel and work across time zones.
