Entersekt is seeking a Global Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll across multiple countries. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of South African payroll regulations, relevant certifications, and experience within a global context.Responsibilities include:
  • Monthly/bi-monthly payroll processing and submission for multiple countries.
  • Calculating salaries, wages, and statutory deductions.
  • Managing payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Generating and analyzing payroll reports.
  • Collaborating with HR and accounting teams.
  • Managing and maintaining the global payroll system.
Requirements include:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in the implementation of new payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles and tax regulations.
  • Experience with global payroll systems and software.
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance and/or Payroll and/or HR.
