Remote is seeking a Time & Attendance Specialist to manage time and attendance activities for external employees and clients. This role requires strong attention to legal compliance and the delivery of an exceptional employee experience. The position reports to the Time & Attendance Manager.

Role Involves:

  • Contributing to developing and maintaining Time & Attendance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Providing subject matter expertise for internal and external queries.
  • Collaborating with clients and employees to address inquiries.
  • Gathering feedback to enhance the employee journey.
  • Managing employee data securely and confidentially.
  • Supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Promoting Remote's values internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Solid operational experience in HR across multiple roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to time tracking and leave management.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices in Time & Attendance management.
  • Experience in implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
