Remote is seeking a Time & Attendance Specialist to manage time and attendance for their external employees and clients. This role will focus on legal compliance and ensure an exceptional employee experience.
The Time & Attendance Specialist will report to the Time & Attendance Manager and be responsible for maintaining efficient processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of Time & Attendance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Providing subject matter expertise for internal and external queries related to Employee Lifecycle matters.
- Gathering feedback and insights from stakeholders to enhance the employee journey.
- Managing employee data and ensuring its security and confidentiality.
- Promoting and exemplifying Remote's values.
Requirements:
- Solid operational experience in HR across multiple roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities handling multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, both local and international, related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and trends in Time & Attendance management.
- Proven experience in implementing end to end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations within an organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with employees, clients, and internal teams.
- Strong English writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, especially in a remote setting.
