Rocket Lab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role is pivotal in ensuring the team of nine has the specialist support needed to maintain their center of excellence for the wider business. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and possess exceptional relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage international employment contracts
  • Raise and process invoices in a timely manner
  • Conduct job checks and support candidates throughout the visa application process
  • Coordinate with Immigration partners
  • Writing creative ads for open vacancies
  • Plan and coordinate Intern events and activities
  • Collates data and send reports to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ administration experience
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting demands in a busy environment to achieve ambitious deadlines
  • Is proactive and takes initiative
  • Fluid or adaptable in nature
  • Experience in a recruitment environment (internal or agency)
