Betsson Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent with excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English to join their award-winning customer service team in Malta. This individual will contribute to providing the best customer experience by assisting Portuguese-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone, ensuring customer satisfaction, translating promotional texts, and managing customer accounts.

The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. It provides ample opportunities for skill progression, iGaming industry knowledge development, and being part of a multicultural environment that embodies the value of One Betsson.

Role involves:

  • Helping Portuguese speaking customers via e-mail, chat and telephone
  • Good English communication
  • Working together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction (including other KPI's)
  • Translating promotional texts and/or customer surveys in your local language
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Following company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

Requirements:

  • Communication skills written and verbal in both Portuguese and English
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Background in customer service, this can be face to face, online or via phone calls
  • Multi-tasking and time management
  • Previous iGaming experience (Additional Awesome)
  • Additional language skills (Additional Awesome)
