Job Description
PagerDuty is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts. The role involves selling SaaS products to Enterprise-level organizations and managing a diverse pipeline of opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on organizations with $500 million+ in revenue and manage 12-20 key accounts.Responsibilities include:
  • Highlighting the value of products and services to address customer challenges.
  • Establishing strong relationships with new prospects and existing clients.
  • Driving new business and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Managing complex sales cycles and leading conversations with senior executives.
  • Developing strategies to penetrate target accounts and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting, managing pipelines, and closing deals.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of field sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software sales.
  • 4+ years of experience managing existing accounts.
  • Enterprise Account Management experience with $500M+, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
  • Previous experience in a multi-product selling environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.
