AirTrunk is seeking a Maintenance Services Manager (MSM) to join their team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Senior Technical Service Manager (STSM), the MSM will collaborate with the Operations team to ensure 100% uptime and compliance with customer SLAs. The MSM will lead a team of technicians and work with vendors to manage maintenance activities on-site.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the technical on-site team and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Handling and resolving complex technical issues and incidents.
  • Maintaining asset maintenance plans and managing planned maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating and preparing change requests
  • Taking part in the 'on call' incident response roster

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of mechanical and electrical experience in data centres, facilities, or related fields.
  • Ability to establish and review Method of Procedure documents, incident reports and O&M manuals.
  • Experience managing 3rd party service providers.
  • Familiarity with Customer Portals, BMS, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Effective customer management skills
