CASETiFY is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Taiwan to provide HR support to internal departments, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves supporting business partners and management teams with capability building, organizational design, and change management. The HR Manager will also handle communications, HR framework execution, policy advice, and adherence.
    Role Involves:
  • Full spectrum of HR Operational support as HRBP (mainly Retail focus)
  • Maintaining HR data and craft reports
  • Supporting departmental communications
  • Managing end to end recruitment, onboarding and payroll process
  • Supporting execution of HR policies and initiatives
  • Leading defined projects
  • Supporting budget management
  • Identifying HR resources
  • Driving a high-performing workforce
  • Implementing recruiting strategies
  • Building and maintaining a talent database
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll services
  • Monitoring vendor performance
  • Reviewing labor costs/budget
  • Processing employee queries
  • Addressing HR related issues
    Requirements:
  • 7+ years of HR experience
  • Proven experience as HR Generalist
  • Hands-on experience with employment cycle
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting and direct sourcing
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes
  • Strong business and HR acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (MS/Google)
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience in compensation and benefits program design
  • Service-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to connect with employees
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws in Taiwan
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
