OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations for Community Management and social requirements in Mumbai, India. The Community Manager will set the strategic direction and communicate it with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
Role Involves:
- Providing a social media perspective on campaigns and content.
- Developing localized content calendars.
- Overseeing content approval, scheduling, and posting.
- Managing daily responses and brand sentiment.
- Monitoring social media trends and providing reports.
- Creating and monitoring KPIs.
- Managing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of creative agency and community management experience.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Experience in social media insights and analytics.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Keen interest in digital trends.
- Self-motivated and collaborative.
- Understanding of OLIVER products.
