Organization & Talent Development Director

Job Description

OKX is seeking an Organization & Talent Development Director to plan, develop, and implement development and training programs for its employees. This role involves acting as a liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitating initiatives across the organization.The Organization & Talent Development Director will partner with the leadership team and act as an advisor, driving initiatives aligned with core values and organizational culture strategies. The successful candidate will impact organizational culture in a dynamic environment.What this role involves:

• Designing and optimizing the organizational structure to improve organizational efficiency.
• Deriving business, organizational, and talent insights key to a globalized company.
• Building online diagnostic and process management tools.
• Deriving OD and TD solutions to address business challenges.
• Collaborating with the Talent Management team.
• Advising stakeholders globally based on strategic and organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of experience in HR management or HR Centers of Excellence (COE).
• Solid understanding of the crypto, fintech, or technology industries.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
• Proven track record of diagnosing problems and delivering results.
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Corporate Management, Psychology, or a related field
