Podium is seeking an Offshore Revenue Enablement Trainer to join its Islamabad, Pakistan-based Sales Enablement team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a lasting impact on the professional and personal development of others and will be highly adaptable, creative, and eager to create and deliver thoughtful learning initiatives for the team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with coordinating, sales, or customer-facing experience, looking to move into a more strategic and supportive role in which they will be maximizing sales potential and knowledge adoption across the Onboarding Program.Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily coaching to new hires and existing SDRs to ensure performance.
  • Become a subject matter expert end-to-end on our general learning sessions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the live onboarding schedule/training for classes of new hires.
  • Track and provide monthly updates to Sales Leaders on Rep quota attainment within their team’s respective ramp periods.
  • Design a managerial-specific track available for team leads.
  • Continuously iterate and introduce updated product, process, and market knowledge.
  • Ensure findability for the reps through documentation management.
  • Project manage sales training calls, sessions, and onboarding training.
  • Partner with the enablement team to support the new sales hire onboarding program with the activation of appropriate systems, training, and calendar invites.
  • Manage and update documents across both the sales systems and learning management systems to ensure the information and record entry is of high quality for our internal and external sales teams.
Requirements:
  • Geographically located in PAKISTAN, must be able to go into our Islamabad office full-time (Monday-Friday during US work hours).
  • Speak English fluently.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in program management, enablement, or customer-facing role.
  • Sales experience is a huge plus, especially closing and cold-calling experience.
  • An entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude and growth mindset.
  • Ability to identify and communicate gaps or areas of improvement in our current onboarding process.
  • Ability to adapt localized learning content to respective regions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize their work while minimizing distraction.
  • Experience and understanding of a SaaS business model and related OKRs.
  • Experience in previous sales, customer success, or business operations.
  • Experience working with or supporting international teams.
