Upgrade is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Phoenix. This role will focus on partnering with business units and team members to enhance work happiness and company culture. The Senior HRBP will act as a champion for team members and a strategic advisor to people managers, ensuring legal compliance and fair treatment.

The role involves:

  • Being the voice of team members, celebrating successes, and addressing concerns.
  • Partnering with the Employee Relations Partner to conduct investigations.
  • Analyzing trends related to employee relations and performance.
  • Monitoring employee engagement and recommending actions to improve well-being.
  • Supporting leadership development initiatives.
  • Leading change management efforts.
  • Assisting with continued education for team members and leaders.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to build new policies.
  • Maintaining strong case documentation.

Upgrade is looking for someone with:

  • HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and building HR processes.
  • Extensive cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Ability to manage relationships and influence decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Experience resolving escalated employee relations scenarios.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • A 4-year college degree.
