Software Development Engineer I- RMM

Job Description

CommerceIQ is seeking a Software Development Engineer I to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing well-tested code, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with experienced engineers to release code to production.

The role involves:

• Writing well-tested code and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborating with experienced engineers to safely release code to production.
• Demonstrating an understanding of the CommerceIQ system architecture.
• Debugging and resolving issues related to code changes in production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Java, DS and Algo, Springboot, and Microservices.
• 2-3 years of experience in software development.
• Strong problem-solving and coding skills in any Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) language.
• A good knowledge of CS fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience working with databases.
• Demonstrated good learnability and the ability to adopt technologies that help build large-scale, performant, reliable, and sustainable systems.
