CommerceIQ is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities in Europe. This role involves identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers at the beginning of their journey.CommerceIQ's platform helps brands optimize their digital shelf and increase retail media ROI across major marketplaces.Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to optimize initial outreach to buyer personas.
  • Manage inbound leads with urgency.
  • Generate first meetings through cold-calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Conduct early opportunity qualification.
  • Communicate CommerceIQ’s value proposition.
  • Provide warm hand-offs to AEs and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain meticulous meeting and activity notes.
  • Collaborate with manager, SDRs, AEs, and Sales Enablement to improve efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in business development/sales development.
  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Experience with Ecomm, Digital Shelf, Retail media, or Market Share.
  • Experience with sales techniques (cold calling, email sequencing, social selling).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative.
