Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering technical presentations to clients.
  • Resolving technical issues and facilitating data migrations.
  • Designing and deploying customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects.
  • Building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Assisting with RFPs and staying updated on new features.

Requirements include:
  • 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise clients in the DACH region.
  • Understanding of application deployment processes.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Experience with integration platforms, web services, and APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
