Job Description

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support their Sales and Success teams by serving as a technical expert. This role involves engaging with prospective and current clients to drive revenue growth.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations, resolve technical issues, and implement custom solutions for clients. They will also design and manage proof-of-concept projects, build custom reports, and assist with RFPs. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong presentation skills and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations.
  • Resolve technical issues and facilitate data migrations.
  • Design, develop, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects.
  • Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards.
  • Assist with RFPs and stay updated on new feature releases.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology experience.
  • 2+ years demonstrable success working with Enterprise clients in the DACH region.
  • Understanding of application deployment processes and cloud transformation.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Experience with integration platforms, web services, and APIs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both German and English.
