ClickUp is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their Integrations Platform team. The engineer will be responsible for advancing ClickUp's integration capabilities. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable APIs and services. They will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technology strategy, troubleshoot issues, mentor other engineers, and ensure high code quality.

- Collaborate with other engineers to deliver complex features.
- Identify and troubleshoot errors and performance issues.
- Mentor other engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in developing and maintaining systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with relational databases at scale.
- Experience with AWS or other major cloud services.
- Proficiency with TypeScript or other popular programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills and team player.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
