ClickUp is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer, Integrations to enhance its Integrations Platform. This role involves developing a framework that enables engineers to create new integrations swiftly and securely. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in building frameworks and a passion for crafting clean abstractions and APIs.
They will tackle complex technical challenges at scale, delivering efficient and reliable solutions, while also focusing on code quality and standards.

Role involves:
- Leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable APIs and services.
- Collaborating with product managers and software engineers to define technological vision and strategy.
- Delivering high-quality features for the Integrations Platform.
- Identifying and troubleshooting errors and performance issues.
- Mentoring other engineers and providing technical guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in developing and maintaining systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with relational databases at scale.
- Experience with AWS or other major cloud services.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or other popular programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
