ClickUp, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a Payroll Manager in the Philippines to lead payroll operations and ensure compliance. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for comprehensive, end-to-end payroll processing and strategy execution.

The Role Involves:

  • Leading payroll operations in the Philippines, ensuring timely salary disbursement and compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records, including deductions, overtime, and benefits adjustments.
  • Collaborating with department heads and HR teams to verify attendance and ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Ensuring accurate computation and disbursement of statutory benefits.
  • Overseeing the preparation and management of 13th Month Pay and bonuses.
  • Partnering with HR to maintain employee benefits and leave entitlements.
  • Conducting regular payroll audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Leading initiatives to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices.
  • Ensuring clear communication with employees regarding payroll policies and benefits.
  • Maintaining pulse on industry trends and finding opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of payroll management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS (e.g., Workday, CloudPay).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight payroll deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing payroll in multiple countries is a plus.
