Job Description
ClickUp is seeking a Procurement Senior Operations Analyst to support its Global Procurement Team. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day transactions and ensuring efficient procurement processes. The analyst will work closely with the Procurement Manager to optimize operations and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and execute purchase request workflows.
  • Assist with vendor management and setup.
  • Manage purchase request tickets and follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Optimize regular operations and identify process improvements.
  • Monitor purchase requests and conduct Purchase Order reviews.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable Team for PO review.
  • Create, send, and analyze RFPs for offsite events.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 4-5 years experience in corporate management related to spend and/or contracts.
  • 2+ years of experience with Coupa.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work schedule must primarily support US Pacific Timezone
