Solutions Architect - Barcelona

Job Description

Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team in Barcelona. In this role, the individual will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team, customers, partners, and community. They will understand and solve customer business issues using the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community, and enable sales through partners. The ideal candidate will be focused on excellence and continuous learning.

The role involves:

• Serving as the technical point of contact for accounts.
• Developing an understanding of customer goals and objectives.
• Creating value-based relationships with customer organizations.
• Participating in all phases of planning and execution for the territory.
• Demonstrating the value of Elastic products and solutions.
• Advising the sales team on positioning Elastic products.
• Onboarding, educating, and enabling partners.
• Creating collateral and contributing to programs.
• Communicating customer needs to engineering and leadership teams.
• Deepening sales and technical skills.

Requirements:

• A track record of success in a technical presales role.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms.
• A passion for curiosity and continuous learning.
• A history of successful customer relations.
• Ability to influence and inspire groups.
• Willingness to travel 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.
