Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth within existing enterprise customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating the value of Xometry's offerings, and expanding the company's market share. The ideal candidate will be achievement-oriented, collaborative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. They will work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to exceed annual sales goals and deepen their knowledge of the low-volume manufacturing industry.Responsibilities include:
  • Selling technical products and services to Fortune 500 customers
  • Driving strategic revenue growth for enterprise-level clients
  • Building relationships with engineering, program management, procurement, and executive teams
  • Qualifying potential leads and setting up effective sales calls
  • Collaborating with technical staff to fulfill customer requirements
  • Managing data accurately within the company's CRM system
  • Proposing winning solutions and negotiating contract terms
  • Participating in continuous training and mentoring
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in a closing role
  • 2+ years selling technical products/services in manufacturing
  • 3+ years selling into Fortune 500 companies
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing and Engineering
  • Proficiency with in-person and virtual presentations
  • Proficiency in programs such Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
