Partner Technical Manager - Italy at Pure Storage

Pure Storage is seeking a Partner Technical Manager to enhance the technical skills of its partner network. This role is based in Milan, Italy.

The Partner Technical Manager (PTM) will focus on empowering partners through technical guidance, training, and certification, ensuring they expertly deliver Pure's storage solutions. The PTM will also act as a strategic advisor, aiding partners in leveraging Pure's technology to expand business and provide feedback to refine Pure's offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical guidance and strategic support to enable partners in deploying Pure Storage solutions.
• Design and deliver training sessions, certifications, and enablement programs.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Serve as a technical consultant, assisting partners in architecting and optimizing storage infrastructures.
• Collect and communicate partner feedback to internal teams.
• Support partner-driven opportunities by leading technical strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Pure Storage technology.
• Proficiency in storage automation, DevOps, and AIOps methodologies.
• Experience with modern virtualization and cloud environments.
• Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, partner enablement, or solutions engineering.
• Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Industry-recognized certifications in virtualization, cloud technologies.
