Tide is seeking a Senior Operations Marketing Analyst to join their team in Bulgaria. The company is building a business management platform designed to save small businesses time and money, offering business accounts and connected administrative solutions.

The Senior Operations Marketing Analyst will report to the Operations function within Member Engagement Marketing and will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the marketing function's efficient day-to-day operation. He will collaborate with Product, CRM, and Member Support teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of our marketing function
  • Collaborating with Product, CRM, and Member Support teams to optimise connected processes
  • Creating, monitoring and analysing dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support the execution and fulfilment of Tide promotional campaigns
  • Overseeing and directing the resolution of incidents within the marketing function
  • Applying Member First principles to troubleshoot issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the technology industry
  • Experience with business analytics tools such as Excel, Looker (or Tableau/Power BI)
  • Proficient in project management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
