Operations Associate at Deliveroo

Deliveroo is seeking a motivated Rider Supply Associate to join its Operations Team in Milan, Italy. This role focuses on maintaining rider satisfaction and optimizing their experience with Deliveroo. The Rider Supply Team serves as the primary point of contact for riders, ensuring a seamless application process and a positive riding experience. The Rider Supply Associate will be responsible for:

• Liaising with Strategy, Support, and Central Supply teams.
• Developing strategies to improve rider numbers and retention in key areas across Italy.
• Guiding candidates through the application process.
• Identifying trends and gaps in Italy’s supply pipelines.
• Analyzing the onboarding process and identifying areas for improvement.
• Managing all aspects of the Rider Kit.
• Supporting the fulfillment of daily and weekly team targets.

Requirements for this position include:

• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Native Italian speaker.
• English B2 level proficiency.
• Excel knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and/or Shopify is a plus.
