HousingAnywhere is seeking a Partnership Specialist to lead the development and management of strategic collaborations. The role involves working within the Marketing department and directly impacting tenant demand and bookings on the platform.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing partnerships with relocation agencies and student recruitment agencies.
  • Managing and maintaining strong partner relationships.
  • Generating leads and managing the partner pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
  • Analyzing partnership performance using data-driven metrics.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to suggest product improvements.
  • Optimizing partnership acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes.
  • Contributing to the development of the overall partnership strategy.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in acquiring and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar tools).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
