Logistics Supervisor

CookUnity is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee their fulfillment operations in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves leading a team of fulfillment associates, ensuring efficient order processing, and maintaining a safe work environment.CookUnity is the first chef-to-consumer platform, connecting talented chefs with busy food lovers to elevate the at-home dining experience. The company is rapidly growing and seeks passionate team members.Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of fulfillment associates.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and sealing.
• Pick meals according to customer order fulfillment sheets.
• Palletize completed orders for shipping.
• Provide performance feedback to team members.
• Work closely with market leadership to achieve key performance results.
• Ensure fulfillment rooms are clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or pick/pack operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen management principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of food quality and service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Experience in operating a pallet jack preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
