CookUnity is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Buenos Aires. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across teams in both the U.S. and Argentina. CookUnity is looking for someone who has experience to influence hiring decisions, bring data-driven insights, and provide a great candidate experience.

Role involves:

  • Owning full-cycle recruiting for roles in the U.S. and Argentina
  • Acting as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers
  • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Championing employer branding initiatives
  • Ensuring a structured hiring process
  • Managing offers, negotiations, and reference checks
  • Elevating recruitment best practices

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus)
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • A bias for action
