Role involves:
- Designing user activation flows
- Optimizing user journeys
- Reducing friction in early engagement
- Designing Reactivation flows
- Collaborating across teams
- Making data-driven design decisions
- Rapid testing & iteration
- Staying current with design trends
Requirements:
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Track record of user activation flow design
- Strong portfolio with onboarding designs
- Experience with design and prototyping tools
- Expertise in A/B testing and analytics
- Understanding of user experience principles
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
