Senior Solutions Architect, APAC (Remote, Australia) at Grafana Labs

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join its Customer Experience (CX) team. In this role, the individual will provide customers with specialized business and technical consultation and guidance to achieve their objectives using Grafana.

The Senior Solutions Architect will manage the lifecycle of customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana offerings and features, delivering training, quick-starts, and specialized consulting for high-priority customers. They will also monitor support requests, act as the voice of the customer, and work with product teams to recommend improvements.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and project management abilities.

What this role involves:

• Working with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Designing solutions including data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise scale architecture.
• Leading functional workshops with customers and documenting requirements.
• Advocating for adherence to standards and best practices.
• Staying current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y) best practices.
• Experience with Grafana products (Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo) is preferrable.
• A proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms - AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Excellent communication skills.
