Microsoft Data Engineer at Capco

Capco is seeking a Microsoft Data Engineer to join their expanding team in Brno, Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will partner with leading international banks and insurance companies across Western Europe, focusing on innovative solutions within financial services technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with prestigious clients on exciting transformation projects.

Role involves:

• Modernizing processes and setting up state-of-the-art solutions.
• Developing and optimizing data management strategies.
• Collaborating with an agile team on Microsoft product-related challenges.
• Progressing from business analysis to implementation.
• Leading sub-projects and smaller project teams.

Requirements:

• A university degree.
• Fluent English (German is an advantage).
• 3+ years of experience with SQL.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure Data Lake, Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.
• Background in Big Data and enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Experience in consulting or banking (preferred).
