Localization Program Manager

Job Description

Flo is seeking a Localization Program Manager to spearhead and manage localization initiatives. The Localization Program Manager will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams, integrating localization into the product development cycle and ensuring timely, high-quality releases across multiple languages. He will build and maintain a localization roadmap, identify process improvements, and develop KPIs to measure success. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and able to work collaboratively.

What this role involves:

• Leading a successful localization program by working cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining a localization roadmap.
• Partnering with Localization team members and external resources.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Developing success metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
• Collaborating with Analytics to identify and develop key metrics and KPIs.
• Advocating for Localization to be part of all Product-defining decisions.

Requirements:

• Substantial localization experience in the online space.
• Experience in revamping processes and workflows.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and conflict-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and a sense of urgency.
• Solution-driven thinking.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient knowledge and use of Jira, Figma, and Miro.
• Ability to work collaboratively and across cultures.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
