Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their Forum Shops at Caesars Palace location. This role focuses on achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional brand experience. The Sales Associate will connect with customers, educate them about Alo Yoga products, and inform them about the company culture.

The Sales Associate will work closely with the leadership team to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain store standards.

Role involves:

• Driving sales and exceeding goals.
• Ensuring customer engagement and providing a positive shopping environment.
• Building client relationships.
• Analyzing reports and strategizing for results.
• Educating guests and staff on product, community and culture
• Assisting in processing shipment
• Maintaining visual merchandising.

Requirements:

• 1+ years prior client-centric sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service.

• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
