Job Description

Decathlon is seeking a Junior Support Engineer (Apprenticeship) to join their Workforce Management team in Lille. This role is central to the digital transformation of Decathlon's HR processes, focusing on deploying and integrating Workday to enhance the employee experience. The successful candidate will help digitalize key HR processes, ensure data quality, and connect Workday with strategic systems.

Role Involves:

  • Handling N3 tickets and major incidents.
  • Implementing continuous improvements through post-mortems and retrospectives.
  • Performing technical and security interventions.
  • Administering production tools.
  • Identifying and implementing improvement areas.
  • Documenting processes and support documentation.
  • Setting up supervision and alert solutions using tools like Splunk and Datadog.
