Job Description
Twilio is looking for a Digital Sales Representative to play a key role in growing the business. This role involves net new customer acquisition, solution selling, and closing deals within Self Service accounts. The Digital Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new revenue.

Role involves:
  • Net new customer acquisition.
  • Understanding customer's business and technical requirements.
  • Designing solutions for customer's usage case needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Advising of digital communication strategies.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of sales development/business development experience at a technology company or 1+ years of closing experience.
  • Understanding of cloud computing/communications business model.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical solutions selling experience.
  • High adaptability.

This role is remote and based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada. Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
